We have one of the largest Real Estate Groups of any UK law firm and regularly advise on multi-million pound investment and development transactions. Our Real Estate lawyers manage and co-ordinate the tax, banking and corporate aspects of Real Estate Projects. We are highly regarded tax and litigation lawyers, and have dedicated planning and environment teams. We regularly co-ordinate some of the UK's largest projects working closely with our PFI/Projects Partners.

Our team includes the Midlands Regional Chairman of the Investment Property Forum and a member of the Government's Lyons Implementation Project Board, tasked with moving about 20,000 civil service posts to the regions.

Real Estate shares the corporate, commercial, employment and tax issues faced by all businesses. We provide a comprehensive legal service to all our Real Estate Clients.
